Return And Refund Policy

Please note: All products are ‘made to order’

• Stonerclub will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Stonerclub does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE.
• Stonerclub is unable to accept returns on an products unless it is a damaged product.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at stonerclub.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Upon authorisation of returns, we will gladly offer you an refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
• Once your exchange or return is confirmed, the delivery fees will be payable by customer only.
