STONERCLUB returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct monetary refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 10 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Click on the 'Return' button next to the Order you wish to returns.
DO YOU ARRANGE FOR REVERSE PICKUPS? We do not arrange for a reverse pickup, however, if there is an issue with your order - you can notify us by writing a whatsapp message at (+91) 97993-26870 and can courier the products to:
Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will initiate the return process within 2-3 working days.
You'll be allotted ₹ 100/- of Discount (In case of manufacturing issues or wrong size received) on your next purchase when you return the product for an exchange.
WHERE DO I MAIL THE RETURNS? Self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT? Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions
The tags and labels on the item should be intact
The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
The Product is returned along with the original packaging;
Don't accept the items in case the product packaging has been tampered during the course of delivery.
They should be returned within 30 days from the dispatch date. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ITEM IN EXCHANGE? You can only exchange your item within 30 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value.
If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? Non monetary refund for any of your order will be made within 30 days of its date of delivery.
The product amount will be credited back to you as Discount Coupons. This will be done post the quality check of all received products.
Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR COURIER CHARGES REFUND? Customers can self ship the items to us. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed through a discount coupons. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
OUT OF RETURN AND REFUND PRODUCTS? The return and refund are not applicable on the following products:
